ePortfolio
In this course, I had the opportunity to take control of my learning. I worked on different projects which helped me initiate a change personally and in my workplace. I was able to carry out a growth mindset plan which I believe will be of great benefit in my work and personal life. It led me to create a learning manifesto where I can see and have more clarity about my beliefs in education.

At first, I was not very clear about what an ePortfolio was since I had not had the opportunity to work on one. After effort and dedication, I have been able to create a digital platform in which I can share my work and everything I am learning on this journey. I have gone from a fixed mindset to a growing one without a doubt. This has given rise to my innovation plan with which I hope to create that sense of need for education in the area of STEM in elementary school.

I am lucky to have an excellent collaborative group in which we talk and discuss doubts and questions that arise while we work on different tasks.

As I continue my journey at Applied Digital Learning, I hope to continue to gain knowledge and continue to cultivate a growth mindset that will help me continue to innovate. This also allows me to take positively all the suggestions and comments from my groupmates and my teachers.

To conclude, creating my electronic portfolio has been a challenge in which I have been able to develop my skills on the digital platform and at the same time be able to keep a record of my learning.
Growth Mindset Reflection
Having a growth mindset is something that is very beneficial for an individual. People who cultivate a growth mindset are able to improve day by day and divide their goals into small steps to achieve success. Many times they leave the area where they feel safe and comfortable, to enter an area of risk and uncertainty, but at the same time necessary to be successful and innovate.
