Synthesis Digital Learning Leader CAPSTONE

Reflection and Application

COVA & CSLE

In this part of my capstone reflection, I want to discuss how the COVA approach and the significant learning environment in the ADL program have supported my learning journey. Additionally, I will outline how I apply the COVA approach to create meaningful learning environments for my students, allowing them to exercise choice, ownership, and voice while engaging in authentic learning experiences.

Innovation Project Update

When I set out to select a topic for my innovative plan, I reflected on my past experiences with both my students and my own children. The STEM program is incredibly fascinating; if students understood its value from a young age, many would choose to join it.

ADL Journey Synthesis

Nearly a year into my journey through the Applied Digital Learning (ADL) program and the creation of my ePortfolio, I have experienced significant growth as both a learner and an educator. This journey has allowed me to revisit and integrate all the components, showcasing everything that has contributed to my development

Contribution to My Learning and the Learning Community (5315 & 5320)

I acknowledge the importance of self-assessment in fostering self-directed learning and enhancing the learning community. Throughout this course, I engaged with the materials, sought feedback, and actively participated in discussions and activities. My aim is to refine my self-assessment skills and increase my contributions.
