Learning Manifesto Reflection
When I go back and read about My Learning Manifesto I can speak with certainty about my journey in ADL and how much it has changed my way of seeing things and all the skills acquired in this journey. I have learned to leave my comfort zone and enter the unknown. This has been quite a challenge for me since at first I doubted my technological capabilities and even more so whether I could be successful since English is not my primary language.

Although I have the necessary academic preparation, I have realized that in technology I still have a lot to learn. Even if I feel this way, this will not be an obstacle, but rather one more step to climb in my academic preparation. This will help me improve learning experiences to be able to transmit this knowledge to my students.

Realizing and recognizing that in order to be successful I had to change my fixed mindset to a growing one, this has been a fundamental piece in guiding my students in technology and different platforms. This day has taught me that even if it is uncomfortable, we must leave our comfort zone and venture into the unknown even if we are not clear about the result because if we do not dare we will never know what we are capable of achieving.
