Installing 4DX with Your Organization

whirlwind vs goals.jpg

Many times we find ourselves in situations where we know we have to do something to generate change, but we don't know where to start. This is where our Innovation Plan comes in, "Teaching STEM using Makerspace in elementary school", but what can we do to start our innovation? This is where the 4 execution disciplines come in, which help us carry out our work plan, without losing sight of our objective along the way.

How the Influencer Model and 4DX complement/supplement each other.

When talking about the 4DX model of influencer strategy we see that both have things in common. Both focus on achieving a set goal through change.

In both models, you must have a clear vision of the desired objectives, create a system to measure progress and correct errors that arise along the way, as well as maintain an environment that invites and encourages participation in the program.

In both models we must identify what leads us to the changes, as well as what leads us to achieve our WIG. We must evaluate and create a system for adapting changes that helps us achieve the set goal.

By integrating elements of both models, we can create a complete and strong plan which will help us in the implementation of the project and therefore take us on a journey where we can evaluate, measure, correct and reach the desired goal.
