In life, many people leave marks on our lives or influence us a lot. An influencer is a person who can achieve great changes and makes others also want to imitate or pursue the same goal. In the influencer model, for a project to be successful, changes must be made in certain areas that will allow us to carry out the desired plan. My innovation plan explains how I want to influence the students in my school and district.
The desired results for my innovation plan are the following:
1- Improve student participation in the program.
This objective will be measured by creating a tracking system with which we will be able to know precisely what student participation is like. The expected outcome is that at least 75% of 5th grade students will participate in the STEM program within 12 months.
2- Improve time management
To achieve better time management, I plan to have all workstations in optimal conditions and with the necessary material so that students can work without mishaps.
The expected result is that at least 80% of the students in the 5th grade class can make better use of time in the STEM program in 12 months.
3- Quality of information and experiences in the program
For this I plan to imbue my students with all the necessary information about the program and provide them with all possible experiences so that they can have a clearer vision of what the program is and can make a decision based on experiences when moving on to Middle School. . The expected result is that at least 85% of 5th grade students will have a clearer vision of the STEM program in 12 months.
